Avid snowmobilers can find many opportunities to get and play in the white stuff in the area around Sun Valley. With nearly 120 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, Blaine County and the Wood River Valley is a wonderful place to enjoy the winter on a snowmobile. These groomed trails are located in an area just north of Ketchum, are easily located and readily accessible.

Those who are seeking a little more adventure can travel north to the Sawtooth Valley, where there are an additional 185 miles of groomed trails, some rugged and rough side trails, and vast wide-open meadows.

Local guides, outfitters and some of the local guest ranches offer sled and gear rental, guided tours and/or trail maps.
